Jade Jasper Design sells downloadable products only through its website.
Once the payment is done, the product is immediately available for download and as such there are no returns available.
For products purchased through Redbubble or Shopify or any other site, please consult the returns policy therein.
If there are any errors in downloading the products after purchasing, please send an email to pruthvipatel@jadejasperdesign.com and attach a receipt of purchase with the mail so we can provide you with the product again.
